Donating starts at any age, and St. Vincent de Paul Society of Indian River County appreciates all that is donated.

Every day, we are aware that there are many people in our neighborhood who are facing difficult decisions and challenging circumstances. Our Vero Beach neighbors seek out St. Vincent de Paul during these times of stress. The need for assistance in essential necessities like clothing is always present. Thanks to your generosity we will help meet the demands of our fellow neighbors. For folks who need assistance with medicine, shelter, and food. Our Outreach Department can assist with our neighbor’s needs. 

St. Vincent de Paul is seeking your help as a partner in our mission. With your help, we can help those with problems. We thank you for your generosity!



Donations Department

We accept the following items for donation:



  • Clothing, shoes, belts, purses, hats, jewelry

  • Books/magazines

  • CDs/DVDs/VHS tapes and working VCR’s

  • Dishes/glasses/cutlery, household appliances and electronics

  • Household and office furniture

  • Pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment

  • Bedding and linens

  • Knick-knacks, baskets, and other decorative items

  • Holiday decorations; Halloween costumes

  • Arts and crafts items, pictures and picture frames

  • Sports equipment

  • Most metal equipment (cans, bikes, lawn and garden, old barbecues)

  • Consumer Electronics – clocks, radios, etc

  • TV’s

  • Small Appliances

  • Walkers, Canes, Adult Diapers, Unused Sharps Containers, Slings, Scooters, and the like.

  • Sporting goods of all kinds

You all have a place in heaven, I’m telling you. EVERYONE needs to shop here. The clothes are out of this world brands for men and women, boutique clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry, they have an entire furniture room, paintings, rugs, lamps , gorgeous dishes, towels, pillows, comforters. Books, games for the kids, junior clothes too. Tons of bakeware, appliances, utensils, electronics, gardening, crafts, a FREE rack.
